About
Built by people who've worked the plant floor, the brokerage book, and the supplier desk.
Why this exists
The U.S. meat industry runs on thousands of small and mid-size processors, tens of thousands of ranchers, and dozens of brands trying to grow. Most of them get advice from people who've never run a plant or moved a load. The brokers in their phone are commodity guys playing the spread. The packaging reps are reading scripts.
Meat Bridge is the alternative. Operators who've built the plants, sold the meat, and designed the packaging — now working alongside the people doing it next.
Founders
Tanner & Stephanie Gambill. Spent five years operating Tanner's family butcher shop — and eventually helped his family sell the business. Then designed, built, and launched Marbled together in 2022 — a $7M USDA processing facility in Billings, MT, designed for 80-head/week throughput. Today they're the operating partners at two USDA-inspected processors and the architects of a regional beef platform spanning processing, brand, distribution, packaging, and soil/byproducts.

How we work
We pick a small number of partnerships and run them deep. We don't sell hours. We don't drop decks. We don't take work that isn't a fit.
If you've made it this far and you have a processing plant, a ranch, a brand, or a distribution problem — start a conversation.
