Meat Bridge Books Sync — End-User License Agreement

Effective September 25, 2026

Meat Bridge Books Sync ("the software") is proprietary software owned by Meat Bridge LLC ("Meat Bridge") and licensed solely for Meat Bridge's own internal use. It is not distributed, sold or licensed to any other party.

1. License. Meat Bridge grants its own personnel a non-transferable, revocable license to use the software to record Meat Bridge's accounting transactions in QuickBooks Online company files owned by Meat Bridge.
2. Restrictions. The software may not be used with any QuickBooks Online company that Meat Bridge does not own, and may not be redistributed.
3. Third-party services. Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's terms of service. The software is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
4. Disclaimer. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Meat Bridge is responsible for reviewing the accounting records it posts.
5. Termination. This license ends when the QuickBooks connection is disconnected or when Meat Bridge retires the software.
6. Governing law. Montana, USA.
